UPFRONT FOR LIMERICK
Katie Hannon's popular programme 'Upfront' on RTE 1, May 27th, will be broadcasting from MITC on Monday, evening at 10.30pm. The theme of her programme will be Limerick's directly elected Mayor.
FLOWERS IN BLOOM
What can I say? The ecstatic display of an eclectic array of flowers around our church seems to grow magically every day. And not alone the flowers in bloom but also the precise lay-out of various patches, some of which are are of a perfect geometric desig. With elegant tall lilies, tulips of various colours, glorious gladioli, and a beautiful member of the 'Daisy Family', as well as rows of pansies and primroses, all perfectly arranged and delightfully pleasing to the eye of all who pass by. It is clear to any observor that the creator of this outdoor floral display, is not alone talented in his art, but also, that he just loves what he is doung. Well done to Noel!
